Looking for answers.
Don't know if anybody can answer these questions. I sold my house and put the profits in a Chase Sapphire checking account. I was assigned a Private Client rep but left the state shortly after and never used him. I am currently travelling the U.S. and was wondering if I can just stop in at any location and use the rep there? |
Anyone know how long a replacement debit card takes, if done via web /app, for a CPC client?
lost my debit card, am at the end of a trip abroad. I know there is an option to have it rushed, but not sure if one needs to call for that, or can do via web/app. From what I see around, normal is 5-7 biz days, but wondering if that is typical if requested normally. I suspect to get rush, if not, I’d need to call that request in? honestly, once I’m back in the states, not much need for a rush, as I believe the digital version in my ApplePay should continue to work? But If I can have it waiting on day of return, I wouldn’t complain. |
Thanks Boraxo. I don't really expect much from them but would like to talk to someone.

I have found ZERO benefit in the Private Client Banker. I mean NONE. Some benefits from the account and definitely some from my investment guy but NOTHING from the banker
|
Maybe the best CPC benefit was that my calls were always routed to the "executive line" where you typically get excellent US-based customer service (applies to both banking and credit cards). Apologies that I forgot this point.

Disagree that CPC has zero benefit. I believe that CPC helps in some (unclear/intangible/subtle) way for credit card application approvals. Unfortunately, being opaque, it’s impossible to prove. |
I find the fee free ATM transactions to be the biggest CPC benefit. We use the ATM in foreign countries frequently.

Whats the qualification for sapphire checking account?
Not worth it to us, not willing to let $75K languish in a checking account these days. Regards |

You don't really have to "qualify" for a Sapphire checking account, anyone can open one. That said, they will assess a $25 monthly fee if your combined monthly balance is less than $75K. That $75k can be achieved with other linked accounts, etc.
Not worth it to us, not willing to let $75K languish in a checking account these days. Regards lol I would have been better off letting it sit in a checking than losing it all in this market. Not sure where to park money now. |

Agree that CPC bankers have little, if anything, to offer ever since CPC ceased to be an end run around 5/24 about 6 years ago.
