My mom who is a CPC finally made use of the personal banker while she was hospitalized. They were super helpful for her needs as someone who is tech challenged. Thankfully she's home now.

Were her needs banking things that she couldn't do while hospitalized? If not, what sort of help did the personal banker provide?

Just help moving money around from accounts. Also, helped with bill pay as my mom isn't tech savvy enough to do it and is very much into doing it herself without my help. For most of us we would just do it on our phones, but for someone like her it was helpful.

I have no idea as I have no funds invested with them. Then again, I don't see any reason to change investment mix due to short term fluctuations.

No, i am not aware or have heard of anything like that

Other than limiting some credit card offers to branch-only (ie: AF waiver), I don't think the banking division can exert any influence on the credit card or other divisions, in general.
