Help figuring out an Aruba flight using UR points
So I had/still have an Aruba vacation planned with 12 other friends/family going as long as Aruba stays open and flights are going there.
Dates: Arriving July 4th and leaving anytime on the 10th-14th or whatever in that range, everyone is going 4th-10th but we are more flexible. 2 Adults. They all had the cash to buy delta flights and book the $2400~ hotel rooms.
Location Richmond VA or airports within 2-3 hours
Heres the thing. Southwest screwed us and cancelled all flights going there, which means no companion pass. Our original plan was drive from Richmond to BWI on the 3rd, spend 5000 points on a Hyatt hotel and fly out on the 4th then back on the 14th. Why? So we had a non stop flight trying to keep travel time to a minimum.
Which means our flight was only 36,000 points + $170 in fees and 5k pts in a hotel stay.
I need help figuring out a flight for two people leaving out of any surrounding airport that keeps UR points around the same cost. I've been looking for weeks at lots of options I even stumbled across Copa airlines flying out of IAD and it goes to Peru! So I researched Star Alliance and ConnectMiles but I wouldn't have enough to use points.
Other points available 100k SW, 67k Marriott, and UR pt total is 150k.
I wouldn't ask but Cancelon.com stole $1400 hotel reservation from us and now we are going to be on a pull out couch for the hotel in a suite with my gf's mom and overall the entire trip was a well planned savings dream but now it's turning into a expensive nightmare.
I'm looking for airlines and point transfer to partners to make it possible and keep the cost around the 40-45k point mark

You'll need to check the various options for actual seat/flight availability on your dates.

Here is my $0.02 if your arrival date can be flexible by a day, since it is impossible to fly out on Independence Day.
On 7/3, AA has RIC -> MIA -> AUA for 11k + $5.60. Depart at 7am, arrive by 2pm. Same flight on 7/5 is 10k. Transfer 60k Marriott to AA for 25k miles, enough for two one way ticket to Aruba.
Coming back is a lot easier, from 7/10 - 7/12, United has AUA -> EWR -> RIC for 17.5k + $75 each. 4 pm departure, arrive at 10 pm. Transfer 35k UR to UA should cover it.
There's also a Hyatt place near Aruba airport for 8k/night, available from 7/3 - 7/10 if MIL's couch gets old.
Best of luck!

I've just checked ba.com, to which UR transfer 1:1 . Flights on AA incl. those mentioned by Frog1 are available @18K per direction in Eco via MIA or 18,500 Avios via CLT +US$15.60 taxes SB + $74.95 NB =90.55 taxes return. Frog1 or AA.com forgot the $10 Aruban Arrival Tax. I checked July 5--13 or 14.
