Chase Iberia Plus Visa Signature card

It appears that this credit card is not subject to the Chase 5/24 rule.
- 75,000 now 100,000 bonus Avios
- 50,000 bonus Adios after $3,000 spend within first 3 months
- 25,000 bonus Avios after additional $7,000 spend within first year
- 25,000 bonus Avios after 20k aka and additional 10k spend within the first year
- $1,000 discount voucher after $30,000 spend each calendar year
- Valid toward the purchase of two tickets on the same flight in the same class on IB operated flights only
- 3x Avios per $1 of flight purchases directly with IAG carriers and 1x on all other spend
- 10% discount on IB flights through iberia.com/chase10
- $95 annual fee not waived the first year

My statement that closed a few days ago gives the 25K bonus for reaching 10K in spending. It also shows the Avios for the month's spending, and 500 for "Bonus on purchases"; I don't know what that is, but I'll take it. My IB Plus account has lines for the other two, but a third line for Chase with the recent date showing 0 rather than 25,000. Do people have experience with this, and does that bonus appear later, or do I need to contact someone?

With no reply here, I'll report for the record what happened.
5/14: I sent an inquiry to Chase by Secure Message. Got a boilerplate reply saying how Avios are earned, with no answer to my question about the non-posted points. I wrote again about what I was looking for, and got:
5/15: Forwarded to the appropriate department for review.
5/17: Avios have been sent every month that you've had the card. I replied with screen shots, making clear that the 25K sent by Chase are replaced by a line with 0 Avios on my IB Plus account.
5/18: One reply about sending it to the appropriate department, another recognizing the problem and saying they will work with the partner.
5/22: The 25K Avios appear on my IB Plus account.
So if I were doing it again, I would attach screen shots from the beginning.
