So I applied for this card back in January 2014 and it looks like my bonus points posted on 2/23/14. So if I apply for this card after 2/24/16 and get approved I should be eligible for the sign-up bonus again right?

I noticed something interesting in my IHG account. Only those points from 2x category in last stmt was posted, but 5x at IHG wasn't. Does anyone have similar issue?

Couldn't get the link to work, but called the 877 number and received the 80K offer.

Do you mean the 5x spend at IHG not showing as 5x earning on your Chase statement or the 5x spend did not show up in your IHG account?

So I went to make a reservation and saw them target me for an 80K +$50 credit offer. That is pretty amazing but it is targeted as it will redirect you to the 60k if you do not qualify. Of course, I already have the IHG cc so unless I can get 2!!!? It would be amazing if that was possible haha https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/ihg...plus?CELL=6ZZN

Great discussions with much helpful info: has anyone initially only received the 60,000 points and when called to get correction to 80,000 and asked about the $50 : did they also receive the $50?

Re: #2658, why post replies like that when a *five-word* reply would have answered the question?

I read a post on a thread in the MS forumthe other day that is a great one
The poster said to a person who asked the questions that have been asked umpteen times, as recently as a day or 2 ago.
He said, FT is a Public Library full of resources. It is up to the users to use this resource.
Besides, it is better to learn how to fish then want others keep feeding you.
Have some common sense, use some brain, instead of just asking questions and wanting quick answers without putting in any efforts. That would go a long way on anything in one's life.

This is a discussion board. It's absurd to expect people to read a 67-page thread to get basic info.

The same question and answer are literally on the SAME page the latest question is posted. One extra page back there are several real life examples on what Chase has answered.
Reading the past few pages are too much of an expection? In this case, it is on the same page and just one more page back... Seriously.
Precisely this is a community, people should learn it is Give and Take. People should not always just Take. Reading the thread for a few pages on the recent development would be a Give, to show one has put in some efforts at least to try to find the information.
You want to argue for argument sake, then keep argue. But what you are arguing just show you have not a sense on how a community should work.
