transfer ur points to AS?

Is the only way to convert points to an Alaska account through Marriott? I know of the way to book using avios, but I prefer to have the points consolidated.

you would lose a significant amount due to the ugly transfer ratio.

Yea I figured. I have about 220k ur points, maybe I will just transfer to cash and close my CSP, it hasn't gotten much use. I am only *s on united and star alliance, and don't fly much any more with them. Is that cash taxable or considered a rebate.

With 220K UR to play with and so many ways to do better than a penny a point, it's worth paying the annual fee for long enough to figure out a better use. If nothing else, that's a bunch of Hyatt nights.
