I just had this happen to me. I get 5pts/$ for Nordstrom Rack brick and mortar store, but online is processed by Hautelook and I only get 1pts/$!
Does anyone ever have success complaining about things like this and getting points awarded? I have both charged on the same statement so it will be easy to compare.
