Report problems with Chase website here.
 
I know this might be a stupid question.

I just transfered my Ultimate points from my personal CC to my business CC 20 minutes ago. But I just suddenly cannot log in my business account on chase website after I was done the transfer on the personal CC account. Then 10 minutes later I cannot log in my person account on chase website either.

I know the big chance is that Chase website might be in the maintenance mode. But it scared me.I quickly tried to use my Chase CC on some websites and it still worked. It made me feel better.

I know I might be worrying about it too much. But I just would like to check if anyone has the same problem? Can not log in Chase website right now? Thanks.

Now. My personal CC account is back. But still cannot login business CC account on Chase.

We were unable to process your request. We're sorry. Please try again later. (1604)

Might need to call Chase tomorrow morning if it still fails :(

Is anyone having problems with Chase website? (HELP: UR activity not showing up)
 
The last three weeks I have been having problems with the Chase UR website.

Basically on the rewards activity, I should be seeing this cycle's transactions, but I can view more by clicking "View more."
Furthermore, I used to be able to see "Shop Through Chase" activity, which allowed me to see how many points I got through their UR mall.
But now I am no longer able to see anything other than this cycle's transactions.

I've called technical support about a dozen times and emailed them on the website but so far all I get is a bunch of "we'll call you" or "we'll email you" type responses from incompetent nincompoops.

Is anyone else having these issues on the UR website?
I have multiple computers and multiple browsers and they're all having the same problem...

Having the same problem, I have not been able to see any 'Shop Through Chase' activity since the website upgrade. Like you I've attempted to access the site using multiple browsers (Chrome, IE). Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I've called them more than 10 times and escalated several times, even sent them a tweet on twitter.

They are nice enough to respond to me but every time it's sort of like "we will get back to you" because nobody seems to be able to figure it out.

On the main reward home page next to "Your points balance and recent activity" there is a button labeled. See more activity. If you click that and scroll all the way down you will see shop through chase activity.

I've found the Chase site kinda picky when it comes with things like tracking/cookie blockers. If you have any of those things enabled try disabling them, or run a completely stock browser...

I've tried it with stock internet explorer as well as many other browsers on different computers.
It seems to be a browser-independent phenomenon.

Shop through chase activity is definitely missing on my page.
It seems like a glitch that is rare but not specific to me.

The page that should show shop through chase activity is:
https://ultimaterewardspoints.chase....wards-activity

For those of you with working Chase accounts, it should show the activity toward the bottom of the screen after you scroll down to the end of the "Most recent activity."

But on mine, it is gone.

Ultimate Rewards Website Problems
 
I get the below error message when I try to log into Ultimate Rewards. My Chase login and accounts are all intact and working fine. Doesn't seem to be a systemwide issue. Has been going on for me for a couple days now. Tech support and customer service have no idea and say everything looks good on their end. Tried on multiple computers with multiple browsers. Anyone experience this before?

"Thank you for using your Chase card. We are unable to complete your request at this time and suggest you try again later or call the number on the back of your card. We're available to help you any time.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience."

Having a similar problem and then some. The UR site wasn't working for my Ink Bold. Apparently that was because it was showing both acct# for my one card-- my card was used during the Target breach and they sent me a new acct# in response. Their website displaying both #s as separate accounts is what was jacking up my UR access.

Now that my UR site login is fixed-- something is still not right-- none of my bonus spend is hitting-- phone bills, office supply stores, etc. I need to call them again. You will want to check this too as well.

Update: after multiple calls and submitting a support ticket, I never heard back from them, but am able to see my points again this weekend.

Ultimate Rewards login problem?
 
Is anyone else experiencing a problem logging into ultimate rewards?

i can get into my chase online account just fine, however, when I go to ultimate rewards that is when things are getting a little weird.

It asks me to select the card I want to log into UR with, but the page just refreshes back to the select card screen over and over again.

Is this happening to anybody else?

EDIT: Seems like it was just a glitch. Please delete this thread.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I get to the page where I can select between my UR cards and then can't get past the page. When I click one of the cards, it just cycles me back to the same UR cards page.

Can't access Ultimate Rewards
 
Has anybody else had this problem? Every time I log into my Chase accounts I can see the ultimate rewards points but when I attempt to go to ultimate rewards the page just freezes. I can access it through the mobile app on my phone but not through my computer. At first I thought the ultimate rewards section was just down, and it may be, but this has been going on for 3 days.

Is anyone else having issues getting logged into UR Portal. It is been off and on the last month, but this evening even Chase.com was down in addition to UR. What are others experience with UR portal?

I too am having trouble getting to the UR page. It gets stuck at the "form" page - just blanks out. Tried a few browsers, even through the mobile app. Anybody else experiencing problems?

Ummm I just logged into my account and my Chase Reserve UR balance is down to 0 from about 98k.
Current Balance, due date, minimum payment due, Available credit are all showing up as Not Available.
I have the Ink+, CFU, IHG and CSR cards and the issue is only affecting the IHG and CSR.
What's going on?!

I can't book any hotels using UR points on the website. I can search hotels, but when I click on an individual hotel and it goes to hotel details, part of the page loads but the circle in the middle of the page keeps spinning and no room details will load.

I've been having this problem for a couple of days now. Anyone else?

The option to choose class of service for Flights seems to have disappeared! I was complaining about not being able to book Premium Economy, but now it looks like there is no option but to book only Economy class flights on the Ultimate Rewards portal.

Unless, I am missing something. Am I?

Yes, it either gives me this message or just times out. I've been trying to book something for three days! I haven't called because I'm out of the country and not sure how to use the international collect number from a cell phone.

About once a week when I attempt to login to my Chase account it tells me I need to update my browser. It does not take me to my account. Instead, it takes me to a page where I can download the latest version. I'm running Internet Explorer 11 which is the latest browser available. Usually I just close out my browser and reopen and the problem is fixed. Sometimes I have to do this 2 or 3 times. I find it quite annoying since I causes me to login multiple times. Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't been able to access the Ultimate Rewards site through any of my Chase accounts since the beginning of the year using Chrome. I can get there in Explorer. -frustrating!

i keep having to clear my chrome cookies for chrome. it works after ur delete chase cookies.

When I try to book a hotel In St Martin (SXM) using UR I get an error. Talk to the travel department and a supervisor and they said they would take care of it, but it's still broke. I travel there often and that is why I collect there points; what a disappointment.

Had this happen a few times. They're probably just doing maintenance. Unless you're doing something to get flagged, I wouldn't worry about it.
