Chase Freedom $300 offer back?

Saw this post on myfico forums for a targeted offer: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Cred...ighlight/false

Has anyone else gotten a targeted offer for the $300 Freedom? I've been patiently waiting for this offer to come back!

what ever happened to the guy last year who had his 10 minutes of fame when he used a computer script to find hidden chase address to find some crazy bonus miles for applications such s the chase $300-350 bonus, sapphire 50k bonus, etc?

like he was able to access the bonuses after they had expired? Those 2 bonuses you mentioned were easily accessible last year.

Anyways, sorry about the title. Probably should've picked something less heart attack-inducing lol. But I am hoping this is a precursor to the offer coming back. I believe last year around this time, a few people got this targeted offer and then the offers were made public.

i think he was the first to post about those links, or something very similiar. they were great deals. then he recruited some people to help him run the scripts. then his post all mysteriously disappeared. forgot who he was.

Several people were doing that independently -- I had a script running to harvest links, but I only posted one or two rather than the complete list (which caused everything to get killed obviously).

I'm cool with missing out on 7500 UR points if it means that I might pick up 30,000 by waiting a month or 2.

Yeah, I'd take a $200 bonus even at the moment.

I had a 30,000 point signup bonus for my freedom, but that was a year or so ago (and targeted). I'm not sure what caused me to be targeted, but the offers definitely exist! Mine came via regular mail.

It was sun and he hasn't had a post in a long time. Sorry to see him disappear I do miss him and his PM's. I jumped on the 35,000 Freedom card. Thanks for the great find miss you. Plus I still use the CC all the time.

yes you can certainly miss the boat waiting too long

remember you can get both visa and mastercard too. if i recall right the visa is the default, so get the mastercard for 10k sign up and then if a better offer comes up apply and say you want to cancel the m/c for the visa

there have been some nice sign ups. i was lucky enough to get the 100k csp sign up back in the day
