Time to post transaction on UR

Ordered at Kohls.com on Oct 30. Paid 90% of the bill via kohls merchandise credit and the remaining via Chase Ink. When can I expect to see a transaction? I haven't any email from UR yet.

Just yesterday I purchased from several UR members and have not received an email. A few weeks ago I purchased from Banana Republic and got the email once the order was shipped. So maybe they wait for a confirmation before applying the bonus?

I am a little worried as I don't see that purchase under UR Mall Activity either.

The most I've waited for any purchase (from Groupon, Sears, Banana Republic, Nordstroms) is 1 week, usually within 5 days. I've made purchases ranging from $5 to $1000 Sears GC, and I've done double-dipping; always within 1 week.

I bought items yesterday and just checked it says this on the window...

"Note: New transactions may take up to eight weeks to appear on your activity page after the transaction has been billed to your Chase card account. Bonus rewards are not earned on taxes or shipping/handling fees paid to a merchant. Please review each merchant's Offer Details page for any additional merchant offer exclusions."

I have seen quite a few posts stating the activity was posted within a week. Hopefully mine will be posted soon

Howabout the time to post for purchases made through the Mileageplus Shopping portal? I bought some items back on August 31st when eBags.com ran a 16x/$ bonus, but the miles have yet to post. My United MP Explorer card is registered on the site, too.

Mine have typically posted within a week or so from Chase. If at a week I haven't gottent he bonus or an email saying the bonus is coming, I email them.

I should specify - usually an email will show up in my spam folder saying I have earned bonus miles. I am actually waiting on one now... Even if you make a bunch of purchases over a couple day stretch they come in no particular order. Sometimes the email comes after they post.

If in about 7 BUSINESS days, I haven't heard from them I write an email in the secure center. They reply really quickly... within 4 hours for freedom, within 1 hour Sapphire. If I'm not satisfied with a response I call... they are super laid back about crediting the points.. I do it all the time and they look through your bill. Most of the time they just take your word for it if it is backdated a little while because the rewards change. Im always honest though, don't want them taking anything away!!
