Sadly for Dan Wells, Emirates already has 10 across on their 777s.

Ah, that looks pretty brutal. Next time, Dude should just pay for an upgrade to at least PE or something.

I agree. As much as I also don't line the 10-abreast seats, the issue here is policy, not seat width. Even with 9-abreast seats, the same problem could have happened. I think asking for an employer who will pay for a higher class is totally besides the point.
Until then let the Air Rage and Occupy cases continue. |

- forced on you by suppliers setting a new low in service - best avoided by active management - sometimes unavoidable when you're trying to fly on Christmas Day (my next 787) (I treat all non-JL 787 the same as 777 10-abreast) |
Flew B-HNW yesterday in Y. Noticed that row 42ABC have a lot more legroom than other rows. Even 42DEFG have narrower legroom as the lady seating there have her knees against the back of the seat in front. While I still can fit my fist loosely between my knees and the seat in front. I’m 5’10”, and the lady is definitely shorter than me.

So that’s why. Didn’t notice the row 53 in the seat diagram at first. So all middle seats have narrow legrooms!?

"Discrimination To Plus Size Passenger On Air"
These problems are coming thick and fast in winter holiday travel period.
In the comments I pointed out to Owen he met both legs of AA's Person Of Size policy (post #246 above) - he should consider buying a second seat even if CX didn't make him. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...e395187336.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...feea487624.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...d9dbdc4399.jpg |
Hi, I'll be on a 77P to NRT (no PEY)
https://www.aerolopa.com/cx-77p Would the toilet being in front of 39ABC be a problem? Would have preferred 40K>40A but both taken, leaving the next best window (apart from 39A) 41A/K? Thank you! https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...d6ce481d7c.jpg |
You have the galley and toilet not far. Ans possibly an infant in 39F G.
But that should be far enough not to bother you much.. Maybe 42A/K is a bit quieter. |
