With the toilet proximity not too bothersome, I'll take 39A, as post 62 advises that the arm rest hard divider will prevent body spreading between A|B whilst A can still spread to the seat wall...
And perhaps other CX/OW FFs would not be foolish like me and would have chosen alternative A350 operated flights....leaving me more shoulder room :)

Ok, the bulkhead windows recommendation is spot on: no body spreading but window can spread to the wall.
Toilet in front of 39ABC is OK for 39A but not for 39C. 40K would be best.
