CX does not pay for damaged baggage!

Did you guys just say 200 HKD for a broken luggage as a compensation? I'm not surprise to hear it broken after a few trips

It's the money CX offered and I didn't make a fuss about it. If you really need to know the luggage was a pretty expensive one (in the USA at least).

However, I took the luggage to a shop in China and they fixed it for 10 RMB, so I guess I ended up making some money.
