CX / KA website down

Both sites are down at the moment. There is no explanation.

Yea some of us have been complaining...before KA and CX flight reservations weren't working for a while, very annoying.

Just made a call to MPC Hotline to redeem a tix. Have waited for 5 mins for them to process the credit card payment but eventually they failed

not sure if this is more a broader telco connection problem this time ? our company's Asia blackberry / VPN / webmail / etc services were all down roughly around the same timeframe, and now all up again (and so are the CX/KA sites)...and they said it's because of some "internet connectivity issue with our data center".

It looks like the booking function is slightly different and in a different format than before, possibly it was an update to the site. That may be the reason why the booking function on CX and KA.com was not working properly over the past few weeks.
