Problems Booking Stopovers on the CX Website

Hi,

Am pretty certain there was a thread on this a while ago but using the search function failed to find anything. Tried to call CX but just got the engaged signal and too busy to hold.

Am trying to book a flight through to Edinburgh using the CX website with a stopover. If I request a booking direct to EDI without a stopover there is no problem.

When I select a stopover I get the following problems:

1. The departure city you selected is not available for revenue booking.
2. The arrival city was not selected.
3. The number of days you selected is less than the minimum required. Please reselect.

Tried this on other dummy bookings and got the same thing.

Any advice? Tried my travel agent and she was unable to help.

Regards,

Nicc

Get a better travel agent? If she can't even do a simple flight booking what can she do?

Well finding a good travel agent in Hong Kong is quite a challenge.

Getting the CX website to allow stopovers seems a greater challenge.
