AA flights posting in lower class
Just a caution to people out there to check their MPC statements - Mrs christep and I recently took 5 flights on AA as part of an AONE3. They all posted promptly (max 8 days), but out of those 10 segments 3 have been posted in the wrong class (1 as business, 2 as economy). A 30% error rate in data input doesn't look very good to me! Has anyone else experienced the same? If so someone needs to give AA's data entry department a good kicking, and in this day & age I don't understand why any manual intervention is necessary at all, but clearly there must have been some in order to introduce the errors.

I can't really see this happening on an AoneX...
BUT I have seen heavily discounted J/C crediting (correctly!) as Y on a program OTHER than that of the airline flown...
Some sort of mix up relating to such things????
I think your first line is a great bit of advice to anyone on ANY FF program!!
