CX discussion groups in Taiwan
I have read about this several times, but dont' know anyone personally in one of these in Taiwan. I know they hold these discussion once every so often but mostly in HK, maybe because CX is based in HKG, but I wonder if anyone is actively participating in one that is based or located in TW? I would very much like to join this if there is a way of joining.

count me in if there is anyway to get to speak to a real person as so far I can only find a way to talk to CX people if you are spending money with them, any other form of communication seems to be where staff hide nehind their computer or fax machine and dont seem to actually have real names
