May I suggest you to try using the search function or google before creating a thread? This can save us a lot of time.

No yo may not suggest this because I already did this and have not found success - I guess I'm tired of FT arrogance when some people ask questions - if you knew you could have easily posted the answer instead of your useless response. After all my posts I know how to search but have not seen any codes in my search. Thanks

Why is it that people always respond to a question thread with "search"?

Anyway, U for J class and Z for F class. However, I am not 100% sure the F class bucket.

1. Google.com
2. type in "CX award ticket class code"
3. the first link gives me this "CX award ticket class code" from FT.com

Enough said other than apparently that you knew how to search and you did make use of google. It's okay to be lazy (and possibly not smart), but not okay to be rude IMO.

Why is it that the experts here did not respond to this thread?

IMO you are the one who are rude. He just want to ask a question, if you know the answer why don't you just tell him? That's what a forum is for, don't just tell people to search but you know the answer yourself.

Maybe they haven't seen the thread yet. There is a lot of assumption going on here.
Anyway, who is the "expert"?
