Date by which all 747s are converted to 747A layout?

Date by which all 747s are converted to 747A layout?
Does CX have an established date by which they plan to have ALL the passanger 747s converted to 747As with the new cabins, or do they intend not to refurbish every one?

They certainly do intend to refurbish every one. I don't think I've seen a committed date, but they're about half way through now I believe, so sometime around the end of 2008 should see them all done.
