Is there something wrong with the booking function on the CX website?
Hi,
Just wanted to see if anyone can help. Can't get through to the Marco Polo Club, constantly engaged and the online queries function on the website does not work and on long term hold to the e-booking query line (2747 2200).
Tried to make an online booking and keep getting rejected with error BTC_PSC-07B34.
Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong and I have made quite a few bookings online before, or if there is something wrong with the website.
All help appreciated or else no Easter holiday for me!

Found out the 07B34 means credit card authorisation falied, even though previous screen said okay. Redid the booking later and okay with exactly the same details.
Now if only they would send me the email confirmation!
