One time JFK lounge access

Sorry to noob out on you guys (I'm a skyteam man), but a colleague has 10 hours to layover in JFK and asked me about lounge access.

If he were nearby a NW lounge I could give him one of my worldclub passes, but unfortunately he'll be in T7.

Anyone here familiar with the rules at the JFK lounge wrt one time access? Can one purchase this? Can one use a one time cert to get in or get guested in? Or an Admiral's Club one time pass?

Trying to go through my options before I tell him to suck it up, take the A into the city and have a beer.

Cheers,
Nat

What airline is he flying out with?

With CX, it uses BAs Terraces lounge and you cannot access it without an international J or F class ticket. You cannot buy a lounge for this.

If its with AA, then this question would be best suited in the AA forum.

Note that most oneworld carriers are scattered all over the place at JFK. So unless you know which airline your friend is flying, we cannot help you.

AA is not in the same terminal as CX/BA/QF so your friend can't access the AC.
