Regarding the "high fibre" stuff, first of all, it's a Western style meal. So if you desire Cantonese or other Chinese dishes then it's not a suitable choice.
Basically you get whole grain bread instead of rolls, fruits for dessert and no creamy sauces for salads, starters and mains. Lots of poultry and fish for mains.
Brekkie yoghurts also tend to be of the low fat kind and the hot breakfast dishes haven't seemed particularly healthy at all.
But good stuff, couldn't recognize if they use different meats.
