Are we talking about the F or J lounge here?
The F side is just a separate seating area apart from the fact that there is a menu which usually has some hot dishes on offer. The sofas are more comfy than the J side. The J side has dim sum, cup noodles and the usual crisps/fruits/nuts offerings.
Shower facilities are available IIRC although I've never used them. Both sides each have 6 desktops.

Oneworld Emerald lets you use the F side, Sapphire the J side. Not that the difference is enormous. One advantage is that you can shop after exiting the CX lounge whether from AA there's a complex return and security trek involved.
