I'm taking the 10 AM JFK to HKG on Tuesday and I'd love to know if someone has the menu.... or if other FT'ers will be on the flight!

Note: This flight was rescheduled from 9:45am to 1:30pm due to the typhoon. In the past I believe I have been served Brunch as the main meal, but possibly because of the delayed departure it was catered for Lunch.

Talking cathay ?

I live in Paris. I about to book a trip Paris (via Hong Ko,g or Dubai or Bangkok or Singapore) Sydey & Auckland NZ return but can't find out which is the best airline ? There will be two of us busines class. Any pointers please? What champagne do they serve on Cathay business ? I have heard they are good but are they the best on this route ? Cheers Gary
