Almost Diamond..question about AA Booking Code S
Well, I need to fly 35000 miles between now and end of Jan 2008 to reach Diamond. 30K of those miles will be taken care of by two LAX-MNL-LAX runs by Jan 2008.
To get the other 5k, I am planning on spending X-mas in Paris (LAX-DFW-CDG-DFW-LAX) on AA metal. The booking code showing up on AA.com for the lowest price is "S". Will the mileage earned on this flight apply to my Marco Polo club miles? I've read the "S" code fares on AA only count for 50%?

This is Asiamiles site, but same T&C is applied for club miles earning.
For economy class:
Y, B, C*, G, H, K, L, M, N, Q^, R*, S, V, W, X*
C, R, X are upgrades to Business Class but accrue as Economy Class
^ Subclass Q is not eligible for mileage credit on Europe point of sale fares
These are eligible for 100% earning.
