Hi! I could not find this covered after searching-
How long does it take to post miles to a American Advantage account?
Thanks!

My recent experience, from AA to AsiaMiles/Marco Polo, it took 8-10 days.

CX flights have taken about a week or so to post to my AAdvantage account.

Yes, my experience is also that miles are posted to my AA account on Mon/Tue for flights flown up to the Friday prior. Any activity on Sat or Sun, however, does not usually show up until the following posting period about nine days later.

I fly CX very frequently and credit to AA. I agree with the above posts. However I have a problem with about one flight in 8 never crediting on its own. It will be very strange because my AA# printed on the BP and connecting flights credit but a random CX flight will not.

It never works to do the AA online credit request. Most of the time the mail in request works and occasionally I have to follow up with a phone call to AAdvantage after a few months.
