Advice re. Baggage Allowance FCO-SYD
Hello all -
I am half-way through a oneworld Explorer and find myself having to go back to SYD on short notice from FCO. I am flying CX on a one-way ticket separate to the oneworld Explorer. I find myself with quite a lot of baggage: 2 pieces of about 20 kilos each. I am oneworld Sapphire, but would be travelling in Economy. I suspect the chances of me getting charged excess baggage fees will be high. Will being oneworld Sapphire give me any leniency? Am thinking of just sending one bag unaccompanied ahead of time. Thanks!
