Cold Red Wine
hi,
since years i wonder how come that only CX serves red wine ice cold. pursers always tell me it is in the same cart as the white wine, and some F/A even put the red wine in the oven to get back up temperature, others just serve it cold. usually, to a good wine, you would never to rapid cooling and heating, and besides, it just makes CX efforts to supplys great wines a joke.
i think i complained about this the first time about five years ago, and many time I asked the F/As to report it. i know there are many wine lovers between the FTers, so what can we do to improve this? it should be possible, as most other airlines do not have this problem at all.
