Hello,

Does anyone know why CX's flights to BOM stop in BKK?

Because CX thinks they can make more money that way I guess.

Another possibility is that non-stop HKG-BOM service is prohibited by the Indian govt (they tend to do things like that in their past air treaties). I haven't bothered to research the real answer, but I suspect there is some govt involvement in constraining the terms of service.
