35 mins connection time at SIN

35 mins connection time at SIN
Arriving on the QF flight from LHR and was hoping to connect on to CX716. Is just 35 mins connect time permissible? I know it can be done with ease at SIN...

No, that is below MCT. I'd do it anyway, it's enough time.

If it's below MCT, I suspect that BA/QF at LHR will not allow/print the onward CX boarding card, which would mean standing in-line at the SIN Transfer desk by which time the flight could be closed.

Not at the F transfer desk, although I would definitely prefer to have a BP beforehand.
