Award with an AA codeshare
im trying to get myself going from nyc-tlv. i know AA has a codeshare operated by elal and if i call asia miles will they be able to get me an award ticket that says AA and operated by elal? thanks

Almost all FF plans have this restriction (prohibiting codeshares) because of the payments involved. You'll have to use AAdvantage miles if you want to book El Al as an AA codeshare. You could book BA to TLV using Asiamiles.
