Transfer question
im not sure if this is where im supposed to put this but im flying from jfk-mnl through hkg. i remeber from when i went last that when i land in hfk, i have to take a monorail to either section E1 or E2. does anyone know which one i go to in order to continue on to mnl? thanks

Assuming you mean HKG (not "hfk") then you will need to check which gate your Manila flight is going from - it could be adjacent to where you arrived or at the other end of the terminal. Then you need to ask (or look at a map) to find the most appropriate transfer point between the arrivals and departures levels. And then you may need to take the train (not a monorail, by the way) if you need to get to the other end of the terminal, although you always have the option of walking.

The option to walk can result in quite a hike, particularly if you weren't too judicious about what you decided to include in your carryon (and your carryon doesn't have wheels). I managed 
to comfort myself with the thought that I was getting some much needed exercise after a long flight.
