Fare48 to NYC

Fare48 to NYC
This week fare 48 inclues $5830 to NYC and no flight restriction(at least not stated) . Which also earn you 16118 miles. Is really a bargain as the recent promotion to LA $5590 but no miles accural.
With 16118, it immediate able to redeem a HKG/TAPEI RTT ticket, which worth at least $1280 (according to fare48). Personally, a redeem ticket is better off than a deep discount ticket, as redeem tickets is kinda more flexible, at least every flight have some non-revenue seat.
As far as I see, this is the best deal to earn club miles $0.36/mile (b4 surcharge/tax) . Any better deal you seen before?
P.S. Also, I notice almost all deal to NYC comes with mileage.
