No.
Or at least not as a matter of policy, although there have been isolated reports of complimentary MP Silver & Gold cards being given to people who can demonstrate a significant spend on CX flights. They are not interested in how much you have flown on other airlines - they are interested in how much you have or will fly on CX. There is also Invitation status for those who control the policy for a significant (millions of dollars) travel spend within their company.

If you do a search under "status match" on this forum, there are a number of threads that should come up with people sharing their experiences.
The general view is that it is unlikely, but it does happen depending on your travel patterns with CX.
My own experience was that when the person that helps me with my travel arrangements enquired for me about a status match with BA Gold, they immediately agreed to match me to Diamond, presumably based on the flights that I had taken with CX over the prior couple of years, and the bookings that I was holding with them. The following year I retained Diamond based on my flights, and that will continue this year, so it seems to have made sense for them.
