CX Survey
Hi
There is a CX survey which you can win some prizes for yourself and at the same time, give comments on CX website:

Thanks for that - just a note that you need to be an AsiaMiles member with registered address in one of Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, or the United States in order to participate.
And it really does take 20+ mins to complete - there's a lot there.

They took my survey answer without my personal details
Also, this survey is much quicker if you answer "No" to many question. If you answer "yes", they often ask far more details and u'd wish you said "No"
I'm so annoyed that I will probably do anoter survey but randomly click on answers to make it meaningless.

Same here. Spent the 20 minutes doing the survey, and after entering the personal stuff, all I got was a blank white screeen for minutes and minutes. Then, got some stupid message that the server was not responding, etc.
Tried it again the next day, another 20 minutes gone, and got same problem.

Strange - worked fine for me first time.
On the phone number I did simply enter the digits without the "/" which the words could imply that it wanted between the country/area/number.
(i.e. I put "85212345678" not "852/12345678")

Discrimination, I say! First CX yanks F from NZ and now they're telling me even if I do their survey I don't qualify for the prize draw? I mean, if it was limited to HK addresses only then sure, that's understandable, but if they can offer them to people in Australia they can offer them to people in New Zealand.
Oh well
rant over, I'll probably do the survey anyway. Nothing more I like than to spout off about things.
