Dinning Partner

I saw a picture on the CX homepage re: the F Class seat. I was wondering how did the person manage sitting face to face having dinner?

I recall last time I was on F Class htere was no ottoman or guest seat in the F Class suite?

Can someone please clarify as my experience on F Class is only limited on the 34C/333.

They flew on QF. CX doesn't have a guest dining configuration on any of their planes (all of the F suites are substantially the same, with slight differences in the seat articulation and rigidity). Probably the photo was from a mock-up of one of the suite alternatives and wasn't updated after a different design was chosen -- personally I'm glad CX went with a different design, it is much better than the BA suite.

I thought there was something wrong with my eyes!
So the picture on the CX homepage is incorrect!

I wish they actually update the site more frequently!

Updated Partner Dinning Experiences?

Does anyone know what CX's policy is on dinning together in First? My friend is flying in F and I'll be in the C cabin. Will they allow me to dine with him in his first suite? Any advice would help.

We'll be traveling on CX872 HKG to SFO in October.

Thanks.
