That is strange, because someone in the Trip report said that they booked a flight from ORD-NRT on AA Code (but JL Metal) in F Class. And received both Asia and Club Miles. But anyway....

As far as I know anyway, Asiamiles will credit your asiamiles account with JL miles. But in order to receive Club miles, a codeshared flight has to be operated and marketed by an Oneworld partner. IN this case, AA may be the flight number but JL is not part of Oneworld, hence no Clubmiles.
