** Grade A ***??

I just bought an e-ticket for a HKG-NRT trip, el cheapo fare, on my MPC number (lowly green, but not for long, since I've given enough blood at AA already and its time to fill up the MPC account). The ticket receipt, right below the booking reference, has an entry that reads "NAME REF: ** GRADE A ***". Anybody know what that means? Other companions on this flight with me do not have an equivalent notation.

I like to think that I'm important and special, like a fresh farm egg, but maybe it doesn't mean anything...

Are you grass- or grain-fed?

most likely a reference to the travel agent. in most countries incl. China/Hong Kong they are classified by grades, depending on the type of license they have.

Pickles are usually stationary until brined. Then they travel CX F whenever possible. Besides, if anything, I'd be an egg, not a chicken. Eggs are also stationary, but are not being served fresh in CX F anymore. They aren't even on the menu!

I don't think so, since other people flying with me bought tickets from the same travel agent, and their records don't have the notation. Maybe they aren't farm fresh.

Really? Not on 889 just a couple of days ago. They had omelettes, but not "any style". Maybe the omelettes were cooked using fresh eggs. ** GRADE A ***, I assume.
