Unable to proceed with booking error

Hi

Why can't I proceed with this booking? I've tried a different browser and selected different times but still get the same error. Been trying for the last week or so. Icalled up and they can book it but it's more expensive and I can't use a discount code over the phone.

Flight details:
London Heathrow to Hong Kong return
6th Nov 17:50
4th Dec 23:55

this is some known IT issue , they said the price you saw online is not correct and is gone already , the higher pirce they give you is the correct price and lowest price , .

but i dont know if it is real or not.

How can I book the next higher price online? I need to do it on the website so I can apply the discount code.

you cant , this is the IT problem.
you can only book the price you saw , you cant book the next higher online , only call center can do the booking of the price of your choice , but they cant do the promote code.
at this points , you can only hope the online price become correct soon.

Any ideas how long it will take for the price to update online? 😩 WhatsApp customer service not being very helpful.
