CX seat selection
Just made a redemption booking for a 2 flight itinerary.
Thought Id booked PE for both flights (nothing else available), but the second flight is in economy. Survivable. Went to the CX website with my BA PNR and no issues selecting a seat for the first PE flight. About 20 seats left for the second flight but it refuses to let me select any seat even with my BA Gold number in the booking. (Does let me select the one emergency exit row aisle thats left, but no other free seat) https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...6533cb1c79.jpg Error, or do i have to use a workaround like going through QF, RJ etc.? Added: RJ says no RJ flights QF says "not eligible" under seats |
Do you happen to have twitter / "X"? If so, it's a bit cringe but a DM to CX on their official account has been the best way I've found to be able to get seats allocated with them of late...
