CX system update

Hi, ive just reached diamond with JL (OWE), was just trying to add to a ticket previously bought with CX, but the CX system didn't seem to recognize my JL, still showing Sapphire with JL, how long does it take for CX's system to update to match OW records? (I am Silver with CX). Also just called CX customer service agent, they said that I should call JAL, but JAL told me to contact CX, what should I do???

It's a few days (I was self connecting from HND to HKG and HKG to AKL on the day after I just finished my Shugyo run and made 50,000 FOPs ).
I wasn't recognised as OWS on my outbound (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/31567993-post69.html ). I was OWS when I came back on 1 Oct.

you should wait for the system propagate your status. usually takes 72-96 hours for whole oneworld to have your upgraded status updated.
for downgrades, it takes minutes.
