Winter 2026 schedule changes?

Winter 2026 schedule changes?
Looks like schedules for HKG-LAX and HKG-JFK for next winter (after October 24th) have not yet been loaded. All flights are still A359 (placeholders) with 77W and First Class service ending October 24th. Any idea when CX might load the winter schedule? Thanks.

Today is the first day of NS25.
The winter schedule (NW25) will likely be uploaded in early October 2025.

In my experience most longhaul flight assignments should be accurate about 1-2 months before the new season begins (anytime after late Aug or early Sep in the case of W25).

With the NS25 schedule finalised in Feb 25 (or Jan?), don’t think the NW25 would be ready soon.

CX is notorious for late updating of schedule. I dont understand why its so difficult when SQ could manage it well in advance.

Looks like CX has started a slow load with only JFK at this point and F0 every day.

Hello, just curious, how do you set an AIRCRAFT CHANGE ALERT on a specific flight? Because I booked 255 HKG-LHR later this year, and I want to know when the aircraft change will happen. Thanks!

Go to Seat Maps section of ExpertFlyer.com and just enter the flight you want.

expertflyer just alerted me CX255/250 combo for May 2026 changed to Aria 77J. I suspect CX is now suggling their NS2026 schedule and I'm guessing they are going from major routes like and finalize utilization schedules.
Funny enough my April YYZ and YVR flights are still showing old 359 placeholder and I expect this to change to 351 and 77w within next 1-2 weeks.

Thats a little earlier than expected, given CX only finalised the NW25 schedule about a month beforehand. Hopefully they can have the schedule finalised sooner.

I could be wrong, but I expect some flights get a fixed aircraft type earlier, eg. 77A on 548/549 or 251/252 in the past.
