Question OneWorld emerald at CX first lounge

I am a OneWorld Emerald member and will be visiting the first class Cathay Pacific lounge for the first time. I would like to know if the lounge provides access to messaging services and dining options specifically for Emerald members or are they only entitled to specifically.Do OneWorld emerald members only get to stay and not get any other services?I'm traveling in May.Thank you for the reply!edit:However in the Oneworld website it states that 'Spa and Pre-Flight Dining facilities are excluded.'.
Im quite confused as I saw some of the YouTubers entering the lounge with those services in economy. Thanks, but im still abit skeptical.
Thank you very much!

Any lounge guest has access to all the CX services (massage, dining room etc).

Hi,

As a BA gold ( OWE) I have used cathay first lounge for dining and showers when flying J ( and BA J also). Did not enquire about spa treatments,
Once you are in the lounge ( First class or OWE) you can use all facilites

Enjoy the lounge ( both the Wing First and pier first)

Regards

Please do not worry. You will be treated the same as Cathay Emerald. You can use the cabanas at Wing, the dining facilities at both F lounges, etc.

The only minor point is that Cathay Diamonds could pre-book a massage slot when doing the online check-in. I am uncertain if this benefit is extended to Emeralds.

Was in Pier F as BA Gold in June last year, can confirm I was able to get a massage. It's only 15 minutes though and there's a huge demand, and now with the pre-booking I imagine it'll be almost impossible to get one but you may be lucky.

All services are available to anyone allowed to enter the CX F lounges. That is F pax and OWE (even in Y).

The caveat that you found about spa and pre-dining means that some OW airlines (e.g. BA) might not provide that service. But that is not the case for CX.

i think it is all because you cant pre-book the massage , so you may not able to get the massage , and that why .

The only thing you need to worry is if your Emerald is bought off Taobao.
The seller usually photoshop/produce fake documents to put you on status challenges which gets you the status benefis.
AA/AS/QR does audit after CX tries to trigger the charge of lounge to their account.

If you happen to use reward tickets - you get the account audited as well.

(This may be subject to moderation if a mod does exist) Some status matches only lasts for four months so one visit is enough. Plus, the accounts used are set up to be disposable.

Oneworld gives individual airlines the right to exclude spa and pre-flight dining facilities from oneworld lites. BA exercises the right, but CX does not.
