How bad is the performance of CDG front cabin?

I'm guessing on average less than 1 F/A fare pax per flight. They're sending it to SYD and MEL as well.
MXP is now my fav because of the cheap I fares with F seats. I'm still seeing sub 20K HKD to Japan.

I also share the same thought. CX used to send 3-class 77K to Australia before COVID, probably because of cargo demand. I wonder why would they rather send these highly premium 4-class 77A to Australia than to other longer routes, like LAX JFK or LHR. Those longer ones should get more premium pax in both J and F than Australian routes.

Another thing to consider is that CX's 77A's product is getting a bit old, and arguably the 359 offers a better passenger experience in all of JWY. On the CDG route CX has to compete with AF, who flies a 359, so CX probably also wanted to fly a nicer aircraft. CX's F product has essentially stayed the same for the past 10 years, so I guess without corporate travel it's hard to imagine people shelling out cold cash for the wow factor
Also, isn't CX's focus on pricey W and really pricey Y nowadays? In which case, front cabin doesn't matter because they are either op-ups from W or just those cheap ex-EU fares.

I dont know CDG specifically but the front cabin is performing quite well on most Europe flights.
Ex-HKG will always be pricy J/W/Y because its ex-HKG. LHR is kinda similar but not as horrible as HKg.
Ex-EU will have occasional cheap fares to HKG but the sweet spot is to Chinese ports such as PVG. The lowest Ive seen is ~1800 for I and 1000 for E.

Was wondering the same too. I noticed that CX also dropped 77A on 253/254, opting to use 350s instead. Also read somewhere on the forum that first on HND would be dropped in S25, did they cut all of them due to poor performance?

Without veering off topic, for Y it is indeed arguable. The 359 experience in Y is so bad in my view (narrow, poorly designed seat especially) that not only do I actively avoid it vs. the 777, I've booked Y flights on other carriers such as TK specifically to avoid it.

Personally, I strongly prefer CXs 350s over their 777s with or without F. FRA switched to 777 from 350 recently and I am considering to fly to AMS instead now. If you are a paying C pax , the switch to 350 is great.
