I was lucky enough to recently fly SQ F on their 777 from SIN-LHR and CX F from CDG-HKG. Both cases were my first time in their F classes.
Lounge: TPR and Silverkris are better than Pier F.
In Flight Dining: CX considerably better
IFE: CX better
Seat: CX better
Service: SQ better
Champagne: Tie
I thoroughly enjoyed both flights but would be hard pressed to pick a winner.

It is just amazing how a 2007 first class seat is still one of the best seats on earth nearly 18 years later.
That was some amazing foresight by CX management back then.

The first class cabin had a major upgrade with added features that won awards in 2013.

However, they have done a refresh with small changes/improvements several years ago. It is a version 2.

I'm surprised you like TPR better than the Pier F. Pier F is one of my favorite lounges anywhere, but def not as 'exclusive' a vibe as TPR.
Trying to burn my all 12 of my mid-tier upgrades on J to F upgrades in the next ~18 months. Have HKG/HND next months, so 5 more trips to book... Hopefully we see more F on Europe and N America soon

For me, I think part of the problem is that Pier J is so good, that Pier F did not seem like a huge upgrade over it. Additionally, it was very crowded, presumably with OWEs so it doesn't really have that exclusive feeling. I did not feel that the food that was served was substiantially better than what we would get in Pier J.
On the other hand, TPR being completely separated from SilverKris F meant that there were only 2 other parties aside from us. The menu was also broader and higher quality, with a lot of seafood and lobster choices.
