Question

Mobile Boarding Pass

Is it normal for the CX app to be unable to generate boarding passes when the itinerary includes connections on other airlines?

Just checked in for CX255 tomorrow with a connection on BA834.

Flight to HKG generated boarding passes with no problems on both the CX and BA apps

CX306 is offline
