Miles & Status earn on codeshare flights
Apologies for the newbie question - I used know all this stuff but I've been out of the game for many years...
If I take a Royal Air Maroc operated flight with a Qatar Airways code on a QR (157) ticket (although I guess that's irrelevant). Do I earn both AsiaMiles and Status Points at the QR rates or the RAM rates?

In Oneworld earnings are based on the marketing carrier (flight number) if an eligible operating carrier.
Who sells the ticket irrelevant, unless a revenue based ffp. Can get more complicated then.
