Which FF Program to Credit Cathay J Flight To?
I have an upcoming business class flight from KTM to YYZ and no longer collect Asiamiles as I am focusing on other programs that I use more. I can credit the flight miles to my main programs: Air Canada, Alaska, British Airways or American Airlines. Any idea which will give me the most "bang for my buck"?

Are you interested in achieving status in any FFP? If so, what other paid flights (routes, class of service) do you expect to fly, and when?

With Alaska, British Airways or American Airlines ffp's you have a big overlap. All are in Oneworld.
AA & BA have a closer relationship than just Oneworld
AA & AS have a closer relationship than just Oneworld
FF miles/avios/points are not equal to earn or burn.
Each ffp has different rules for getting and maintaining status.

Having 3 OW programs (AS, AA, BA) is a bit strange.
Unless you earn zillions of miles, the custom is to focus on only one (possibly 2) per alliance to reach higher status.
If your question is which OW program you should focus on, this forum is not the proper place as CX is just anecdotal to this question.
