Good to see F class coming back.. But wonder if there will be cutbacks from what it was before... And the other concern would be if there are enough experienced FAs left who can provide the service required...

I would think JFK would be high on the list for a return of F, but can the 77W make it without a fuel stop now that they arent taking the polar route over Russia?

I'm booked for JFK-HKG in January 2023 and was originally booked on the 77W(77A) hoping to use my bookable upgrades to F.
Unfortunately it seems like they replaced all(?) January flights between JFK and HKG with A359 now. Hopefully my February return (still a 77W for now) will have F service but not holding my hopes up at this point.

Now that CX has at least 2 daily flights to LHR, they will test the water with one 77W with F. Most of the 77w with F had been mothballed or leased to other airlines. But they have the plane with F seats available if needed. However CX has to add a crew (scarce ressource) and get the logistics ready. Hopefully, they will get enough pax willing to pay the premium over J, rather than just awards.
The logistics might be more difficult for JFK where they are planning some irregular schedule with 8 flights per week (some day none, some day 2).

With the confirmed F class service, there should not be more equipment change
