Is there a list to be on to move mixed cabin class to the correct class?

Is there a list to be on to move mixed cabin class to the correct class?
I was told they would be able to move the two segments if there’s availability but am I supposed to check myself? Also im not sure how its not available anyway, I checked both AA snd MAS and it’s practically empty. We paid cash for this as we are bound to the dates due to meetings and other obligations to find any awards.
